We are a Federally Qualified Health Center grantee under 42 U.S.C 245b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S,C 233 (g)-(n). We are partially funded through Health Resources Services Administration, which means that we see all patients without regard to their ability to pay. No person will ever be turned away from Roane County Family Health Care for the lack of ability to pay. This program is being presented with financial assistance as a grant from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources and is a FTCA deemed facility.
