Primary Care Services

Roane County Family Health Care, Inc. uses physicians, physician assistants and certified nurse midwives to offer a full range of health care for the entire family including geriatrics. We take pride in knowing our patients and in meeting the personal need of each patient we serve.

Office Visits

When making an appointment, please inform FHC staff of the reason for the visit, the nature of the problem, and the provider you wish to see. Please bring pertinent items with you, such as:

  • ALL Insurance Cards
  • Children’s immunization records
  • List of current medications
  • List of problems and questions

Upon arrival, you must sign in at the front desk. Please inform our staff of any changes in address, telephone number, or insurance coverage so that we may keep your records current.

Payment for Services

Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. If you cannot make your payment at the time of service, please discuss this with the front desk clerk before your appointment so a payment plan can be set up.

Preventive Care Services

Well Child Exams

Complete physical examinations are offered to protect your child from illness, as required by DHHR, Head Start and Kindergarten programs.

Vaccines

Required childhood immunizations as well as yearly flu and pneumonia vaccinations are offered.

Consultation and Education

Wellness programs, patient education and community education programs are offered.

Minor Surgery and Procedures

Wound care and minor office procedures are available including vasectomy.

Laboratory Services

All lab services are provided and billed directly by LabCorp. Results are received promptly.

Interpretation Services

Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services are available for a variety of languages.
